LEADTIMESDESIGN

Once we receive your full brief, our design team will turn around your initial design(s) within 24 hours.

Our designers will then work closely with you until you received the exact look your desire.

Once the design has been fully signed off, you are entering into an agreement and any additional changes will not be able to make any additional changes.

PRODUCTION

For fully sublimated kits and other products which are custom made to order, we will deliver your order in 21 days from order placement.

Any additional (non-sublimated) customisations will add 1-2 days to your production time for each application.

For Stockroom items we will ship your orders within 30 days from order placement. Shipping times may vary and will be discussed at order placement.

Please note times may vary during peak times (July-Sept) and any changes will be communicated at order placement. If any delays occur, we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the late delivery.

SHIPPING

For fully sublimated kits and other products which are custom made to order, will be shipped directly from our factory, once the order is complete to the address of your choice in the United Kingdom.

Shipping is free for all orders of full kits – minimum 16 Jerseys, shorts and socks. For any orders less than this a small shipping charge may apply and will be discussed at order places.

Any products placed from our stockroom below £500 may be subject to delivery charges and discussed at order placement.

Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your package to the specified address at least once. If they cannot delivery due to not being able to obtain a satisfactory receipt from the address, then they may attempt to leave at an address close by and leave the details of this at the original stated deliver address.

If the package is deemed failed to deliver, due to a suitable option not being identified, then the parcel will be returned to a holding point and you will be given the option to rearrange delivery, either via website, app or telephone depending on the specific courier’s standard process.

If any costs are encountered by our couriers due to incorrect information being supplied by the customer, it will be the customers responsibility to cover these costs.

Please note, it is your responsibility to make yourself or a specified person available to take delivery of the product at the time specified.

If in the unlikely event we cannot deliver to a specific location, we will inform you using the contact details provided to arrange delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.

RETURNS

Our products are of the highest quality, but we are aware that there may be occasions where and exchanges or return maybe required and this is available for non-customised products within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Please note that customised products may only be returned if deemed to be faulty.
Customised products include all fully sublimated products and any orders from our stockroom with additional embellishments.
It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed.
We cannot refund postage & packaging on unsuitable items
